Prices per week :

(7 nights from Saturday 04:00 pm to Saturday  10:00 am):

• July         : 760 euros.
• August          : 840 euros.
• Others months : 560 euros

    Price include :

• Rent of the house and equipment
• Utility charges
• Heating

    Price no include :

        a further 350 euros refundable deposit will be required upon arrival. It will be returned on departure, deductions made of any damage.

Payment condition :

            50 % when booking, the balance four weeks before arrival.

    Cancellation fees :

• 30 to 16 days before arrival      :    50 % of the price.
• 15 to   7 days before arrival      :    75 % of the price.
• Less than  7 days                      :   100 % of the price.
